Enjoy the ultimate in vacation variety and value.  The White Lotus Exchange is a revolutionary virtual luxury destination club.  Choose from a worldwide portfolio of residences, and allow your luxury home to earn its keep when you are away.  

White Lotus Exchange homes average $2.5 million and almost always have 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms in the city) plus all the amenities and local charm you are used to in your own home in addition to daily house keeping.  Rates average $1,000 per night, though owners can set any nightly rate they wish.  

To ensure the highest quality, home owners must apply to join the White Lotus Exchange and admission is based on stringent criteria and continual guest reviews.  Our panel of hospitality and real estate experts will guide you through the application process. 

We are waiving the annual $10,000 deposit for families who make their primary or vacation home available to trusted guests of the White Lotus Exchange for at least 14 days per year.

As a member of the Trusted Guests community, you will soon be able to easily select and schedule your home’s service providers online.  Until then, we will be your personal concierge (for homes in the United States).  Send us a note when you need something such as cleaners, lawn care or pool maintenance, and we will send our recommendations.  If you wish, we will contact and schedule the services for you.  Of course you may select any service provider, including those you already use.
